Job Description

  • Developing marketing plans and designing strategies for the assigned products.
  • Setting the budget for the department and for each product.
  • Controlling the financial performance of the department and keeping it within the set budget.
  • Setting business plans for the assigned products including setting qualitative and quantitative objectives, budget allocation and profit estimation.
  • Set objectives to ensure business priorities are in line with the business plan.
  • Analyse business potential in the Country.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿMonitor and follow execution of launching new products to achieve early market penetration and maximum levels of sales.
  • Gathering, analysing and evaluating important market data and different market trends.
  • Identify new demands, market and territory development and competitor?s territorial activities.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿParticipate actively in major local meetings, seminars and conferences related to the company?s fields of interest.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with all key personnel, key customers for the benefits of the company?s goals achievement through visits and regular communication.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿRevise and approve product budget, expenses and different marketing mix.
  • Approve appropriate allocation of sales efforts for the different products and develop a detailed plan of action for each sales cycle.
  • Identifying and evaluating the mix of marketing activities that will best serve each target customer.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure that the website, promotional material, marketing campaign strategy are updated on a regular basis.úÿÿÿÿÿÿPrepare social media marketing and advertisement campaigns and strategize them so that they align with the business objectives.
  • Supervise the organization regular meeting with marketing and sales staff and work on having the best offer for meeting venues.
  • Participate in the initial training of new employee members from sales and marketing.
  • Ensure dealing with the best suppliers with low cost and quality standards.
  • Managing the materials, samples, handouts and give away.ÿ
úÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure execution of marketing plans through designing proper action plans.úÿÿÿÿÿMonitor field force implementation of action plans.
  • Develop marketing SOPs as needed and in coordination with the related departments. ÿ
  • Develop marketing structure and allocation of people to ensure the optimum productivity.
  • Preparing periodic reports with respect to the activities and achievements to be submitted to the direct supervisor for review.
  • Perform other related tasks as asked by management.
