Prepare reports for consolidated projects progress reports.
Prepare and update time schedules and progress layouts.
Collect monthly data & prepare the overall monthly reports.
Perform earned value management & critical path method to monitor the progress of the project(s).
Participate in enhancing BIM unit process & output.
Manage / Update BIM Project Documents.
Participate in central planning related meetings.
Report the status of the project(s) to support decision making.
Participate in the monthly deliverables of the controls department.
Resolve any claims raised by the Contractors working for the project.
Propose corrective actions to bring the project(s) back on track.
Participate in preparing the tender documents.
Participate in enhancing the departments procedures.
Database update and CRM analysis.
Preparing and updating Central reports
