Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and be able to attract top talent to our organization.Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  2. Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  3. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  4. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  6. Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  7. Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  8. Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages.
  9. Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates.
  10. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or a similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to build relationships and work effectively with hiring managers.
  6. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  7. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
  8. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  9. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Egypt.
  10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
