Job Description

Join Marketix & Creation and play a pivotal role in our expansion as a Remote Sales Specialist. This position is ideal for self-motivated, goal-oriented individuals with a knack for sales and a desire to work flexibly from anywhere. You will be instrumental in driving sales growth and cultivating lasting relationships with new clients through our subscription-based services.Responsibilities:

  • Understand and evaluate client needs to offer customized marketing strategies and website creation services.
  • Ensure a smooth sales process from initial contact to closing, with a focus on high customer satisfaction.
  • Meet regular sales targets with the aim of securing 5 new subscription-based clients within the first 6 months.
Compensation:
  • Commission-only role with a generous 10% monthly commission on each new subscription-based client secured.
Additional Benefits:
  • Complete flexibility in working hours, with no set requirements apart from attending a mandatory monthly team meeting on the first day of each month.
  • Supportive resources including access to leads to help reach potential clients.
Contract Terms:
  • Initial 6-month contract with potential for a permanent salaried position upon successful achievement of sales targets.
