Problem Solving: Address any challenges or issues that arise during the laptop replacement activities promptly and make sure to work with your team members to troubleshoot problems.
Collect the old assets and make sure the replacement check list been filled correctly and the sanitization report been signed by the end users.
Deliver the old assets to Client W.H and make sure the Transfer orders been closed by Client W.H officer.
