Carry out inspections as required by the company procedures, project requirements.? Visit vendor?s locations / company business units as required to carry out QA/QC functions? Review vendors quality documents in line with project / company requirements.? Ensue material and services are procured from approved vendors (client approved / company approved as applicable).? Draft contract specific ITPs, weld maps and NDT maps and submit to the QHSE manager for review and approval. ? Assist in qualification of new weld procedures and welder qualification tests.? Provide Goods Inwards, Stores and shop floor inspection.? Ensure that contractual inspection requirements are met and that activities noted on quality plans are adhered to.? Ensure that defect report records are maintained and resolved.? Compile Manufacturing Record Books in a progressive manner and are submitted in accordance with contract and project requirements. ? Archive MRBs in accordance with company procedure.? Maintain records of welder repair rates and highlight to the QHSE manager any areas that may warrant attention˙Produce contract Punch List and other departments issue punch lists in accordance with procedures. ? Provide input at the time of Project Close out including Lesson Learnt.? Report Non-Conformances and ensure they are closed appropriately.? Maintain calibration of inspection and test equipment.? Provide input to Quality Objective status? Provide input on the status of Quality and HSE Management System implementation level.? Perform/Assist in internal / external audits.? Shall follow HSE requirements of the company; provide inputs on compliance and violations.? Stop unsafe act and report to QHSE Manager / HSE Subcommittee members, including unsafe behaviours.
