Plan and develop of training techniques for proper implementation of the over-all safety program in the terminal, including monthly and weekly programs in different work activities.
˙Conduct training for preparing and evaluating work permit.
Conduct training on safety decision making for any operational issue.
˙Conduct training in handling of hazardous containers, either import / export is in conformity with provision of the international Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) code regarding segregation, labeling and stowage.
Educating employees for the safety measures to control the leaking of hazardous chemicals including proper disposal procedures.
˙Conduct training for HSS team on accident and incident investigations to determine its cause, effect, and preventive measures in order to minimize recurrence and preparing reports.
˙Conduct firefighting training /˙mock drills, class and proper handling of all portable fire extinguishers.
Educating employees about driving techniques with traffic safety inside the terminal for employees, contractors, visitors, and new joiners.
˙Preparing and submitting of monthly and annual training summary to the management including training statistics.
˙Conducting awareness programs for the entire Company employees based on their job and field.
˙Preparing of safety exhibitions and awareness campaigns (as needed).
˙Implementing safety management system in training requirements.
Assisting Safety Executives and Supervisors when required.
Following up with other departments regarding chemical safety.
Prepare safety reports and updates as needed to HSSS management.
