To plan and carryout direct marketing and Sales Activities, so as to develop sales of new accounts and to sustain the existing major accounts in accordance with the agreed business plans.
Responsibilities:
Deliver consistent revenue growth.
Where required specialized service (Chemical business as an example), Plan and carryout customer visits on a routine basis.
Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems.
Carryout market research, competitor analysis and customer surveys.
Ensure best services are provided to customers.
Ensure customer?s requirements are fully understood and met.
Maintain weekly and monthly reports.
Report monthly activities / report to Sales Manager.
Contribute ideas and suggestions at internal Sales Meetings.
Ensure that quotes are provided to customers within the time frame through pricing desk.
Maintain good rapport with overseas network agents as well as local shipping / Air Lines.
Assist in budgeting and strategy plans and preparation.
To have good knowledge on all activities of Kanoo Logistics.
