Job Description

A Mechanical Engineer in Industrial Services Sales combines technical engineering expertise with sales acumen to promote and sell our services to industrial clients and contractors. This role is ideal for individuals who are adept at blending technical engineering knowledge with sales proficiency, aiming to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to assess their mechanical system requirements, offering expert advice on services that align with their operational goals.
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals and quotations, ensuring they address client specifications and demonstrate the value of the proposed solutions.
  • Conduct presentations to clients showcasing our capabilities and applications, facilitating informed purchasing decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineers and maintenance personnel, to address challenges related to bolted joints and contribute to the development of best practices.
  • Create detailed procedures for bolting operations, including guidelines for torque and tensioning, to ensure consistency and reliability during assembly and maintenance activities.
  • Oversee the implementation of sold services, coordinating with project managers and clients to ensure timely and successful delivery of the services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for additional sales.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
