Job Description

Technical Lead ? Microsoft D365 Sales, customer service technical / CRM with team lead experience Must have 8+ years hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, customer service design and development experience

  • Well versed with the overall technical architecture of Dynamics Sales, customer service
  • Should have been part of end to end at least 5 Microsoft D365 Sales, customer service implementations
  • Experience of defining/creating solution architecture, functional and technical design documentation for deploying Dynamics CRM˙solutions
  • Must have lead the design and development of Dynamics 365 CRM end-to-end implementations . Min 4 projects
  • Expertise in design and hands-on development of Dynamics CRM solutions
  • Well versed with different versions of .NET Framework, WPF, C# programming, Dynamics CRM SDK, Mobile Express, SQL Server
  • Expertise in design and deployment of Dynamics CRM˙solutions on hand-held devices (Mobiles/iPAD/Tablets)
  • Must have working experience on Power Platforms
  • Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in leasing with stakeholders independently
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of Dynamics CRM solution
