Responsible for handling administrative office tasks, including but not limited to secretarial duties, visa management, and arranging accommodations for important leaders.
Organize major receiving/welcoming arrangements according to Sany standard procedures.
Other tasks assigned by leadership.
Requirements:
Education: According to company requirements, candidates with a background in hotel management or administration will be preferred, proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Age: Below 40 years old.
Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in administrative office management in large hotels or multinational corporations, with priority given to those who have been responsible for major client reception affairs.
Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with local customs, culture, and preferences.
