Overview of the role:Handling complete documentation of Electronics sales dept includingÿcustomer accounts reconciliation, petty cash handling, MIS andÿadmin work.ÿWhat you will do:-Description of Accountability:ÿProcessing the purchase orders received from hypermarkets / dealers, by preparation of sales orders on SAP and transmitting the same to the warehouse team.Provide necessary information to warehouse team for arranging deliveries to customers, on daily basis.Petty cash handling and reimbursement, obtaining necessary approvals from the head of salesDealer account reconciliation on a regular basis & forwarding Chq to FinancePreparation of periodic MIS reports.General admin work for the Sales office.ÿÿ
