Bachelors degree in a relevant scientific field, such as pathology, biomedical science, or a related discipline. A Masters degree is preferred. 2. Certification or registration as an Anatomical Pathology Technologist (ASCP) or equivalent is required. 3. Proven experience working in a clinical or research laboratory setting, with specific expertise in digital pathology, AI, and digital slide scanners. 4. Strong understanding of histological techniques, tissue handling, and laboratory safety protocols. 5. Proficiency in operating and maintaining digital slide scanners and associated software platforms. 6. Familiarity with AI algorithms and their application in digital pathology. 7. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively. 8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management. 9. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with pathologists, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals. 10. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: 1. Perform routine and complex histological procedures including tissue processing, embedding, microtomy, and staining. 2. Operate digital slide scanners to capture high-resolution digital images of tissue samples for analysis and archiving. 3. Collaborate with pathologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis of diseases and conditions. 4. Utilize digital pathology software platforms to manage and analyze digital images, and assist in the development and implementation of AI algorithms. 5. Monitor and troubleshoot digital slide scanners to ensure optimal functionality and image quality. 6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory activities, specimen handling, and results in compliance with regulatory guidelines. 7. Participate in quality assurance programs and assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to digital pathology workflows. 8. Stay updated with the latest advancements in digital pathology, AI, and digital slide scanners, and recommend and implement new technologies to enhance laboratory efficiency and accuracy. 9. Train and mentor junior staff members on the operation and maintenance of digital pathology systems and equipment.The applicants must 03+ years of working experience.
