  • Manage a team of lifeguards and aquatic staff to foster a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
  • Oversee daily operations of water attractions, pools, and aquatic facilities while monitoring water quality, to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Monitor expenses, revenue, and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is provided by aquatics staff in collaboration with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
