Overview of the role:To ensure the customer is dealt with in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner providing best in classÿcustomer service by adhering to agreed AVR standards concerning vehicle check out, delivery, collections,exchanges and transfers processÿWhat you will do:Vehicle Deliveries: Ensure all vehicles are preparedÿand delivered on time, maintaining an up-to-dateÿvehicle check log.Ensure each vehicle passes theÿAVR checklist prior to handover to the client andÿprovide completed and signed paperwork to CSRs.Cleanliness of vehicles to be maintain to AVRÿStandards (40 Point Check list)Vehicle Collections:ÿEnsure all vehicles are checked and record anyÿdamages that do not correspond with vehicle checkÿreport.Notify MC/CSRs on receipt of any damagedÿvehicles for inspection and further action.ÿNon customer transactions:ÿBanking lodgments, collection of payments fromÿclients and delivery of invoices/agreements/forms toÿclients.Ensure these are delivered, signed and datedÿwith backup copies/receipts provided to finance andÿconcerned team divisions on a timely basis.ÿDocument Accuracy:ÿEnsure all paperwork is recorded, dated andÿcompleted by client at all times.ÿPetty Cash:Ensure all cash claims are completed, recording allÿthe necessary information and submitted weekly toÿfinance.ÿ
