Technical Troubleshooting - diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to the POS system, including database errors, server problems, and integration.
ERP System Knowledge - deep understanding of the ERP system in IS retail, including its modules, and functionalities.
Integration Skills - Understanding of integration methods and protocols for connecting the ERP system with other business applications, such as POS, self-checkout systems, electronic labels, scales, scale servers, e-commerce platforms and third-party software.
Data Management - Knowledge of data management principles and techniques, including data import/export, master data management, data cleansing, and data migration to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the ERP system.
Business Process Understanding - Understanding the organizations business processes and how they are supported by the ERP, front-end and back-application systems to work with business requirements.
Database Management - SQL server
Query Languages -SQL and Dax
Database - Backup and Restore of SQL DB
Experience in managing API, XML, and text file integrations.
Analytics - Creating operational reports and dashboards.
