You will be supervising and monitoring the pool and beach use to ensure that the daily operation is in accordance to the hotel and departmental policies and safety standards.Ideally, youll have some or all of the following competencies and experience were looking for:??Minimum two years of experience as a Lifeguard or similar in a luxury hotel/resort??Very good communication and interpersonal skills??Ability to work in a fast-paced environment??Ability to work well with a diverse team??Flexibility in shifts
