About The RoleIn this role you will be responsible for managing QR Group ERP solution, provide functional and technical solution for the ERP requirements. Responsible for managing a number of projects beneath the ERP (Oracle or SAP) program. You will play a key role in driving ERP Cloud Transformation program in alignment with the organizations strategic plans and objective. Facilitating processes to accomplish program objectives, managing change, and resolving issues that span project teams and departments by planning, organizing, directing and supervising program activities in a cost-effective and productive manner. You will be partnering with assigned business departments to identify technology enabled business outcomes, prioritize, and deliver them working closely with product owners, delivery leads, software engineering leads, and external suppliers as appropriate.Key Responsibilities

• Leading design and implementation of ERP (Oracle or SAP) solutions across business functional areas.
• Deliver large scale ERP Cloud Transformation in alignment with the organizations strategic plans and objective.
• Provide hands on ERP experience for large cross functional initiatives including integrations with other Inhouse applications and 3rd party products.
• Responsible to deliver sourcing documents/artifacts for new Cloud ERP solution covering Functional and Non Functional requirements.
• Contribute to the development of solution architecture, methodologies and compliance activities.
• Drive communication plan, engage stakeholders across business functions, controlling and reporting progress to the Steering Group/Sponsor and escalating any issues, as appropriate, in a timely manner.
• Identify inter-dependencies between the various stakeholder groups to ensure all are aligned and risks are identified, mitigated and communicated.
• Ensuring appropriately skilled resources are delivering the project and managing the availability and performance of those consultants.
• Drive innovation to ensure that solutions drive value to the business.
• Liaise with external suppliers and internal departments / IT teams to collaborate and design and implement robust ERP solutions and interfaces between applications.

• Bachelor Degree with minimum 10 years of experience in implementing end to end ERP (Oracle or SAP) solutions.
• Domain knowledge/experience in any of corporate functions such as HR, Finance, Facilities/Transport, Procurement is a must.
• Ability to work closely with business leaders (VPs and above), in a multi-cultural environment.
• Should possess large program / project delivery execution through onsite/offshore model, vendor management, mobilising large teams and worked across multiple technology platforms and tools.
• Provide leadership and direction to the delivery teams, work closely with the project managers to manage the Project Schedules / timelines
• Ability to work with Functional Leads/Teams and implement the best solutions across business function areas.
• Understanding of cloud components both SaaS and PaaS.
• Strong Project Management capabilities and proven experience in delivering complex projects.
• Ability to derive organization wide change management.
• Excellent communication (written, verbal) and presentation skills, at organization leadership levels
• Excellent problem solving and solutioning mind set
• Must be a Go-Getter with positive attitude, Self-motivating, innovative, open-minded and inspiring
• PMI or other industry leading certifications around Project Management, Agile methodologies or Business Analysis are preferred.
