Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mason to join our team. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, maintaining, and repairing various structures and surfaces made of brick, concrete, or other materials. Your attention to detail, technical skills, and ability to work independently will contribute to the successful completion of construction projects.Job Responsibility:- Interpret and execute construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to construct or repair walls, floors, ceilings, pavements, and other structures.- Prepare and layout building materials, such as bricks, blocks, stones, and mortar, according to the construction plan.- Mix and apply mortar or other adhesives to secure bricks, blocks, or stones in place.- Use hand and power tools, like trowels, mallets, levels, and saws, to shape, cut, and polish bricks or other materials.- Repair or replace damaged bricks or other masonry units.- Install insulation materials and other accessories, such as anchor bolts or flashing.- Ensure the proper alignment, level, and plumbness of structures using spirit levels, plumb-bobs, or laser levels.- Follow safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
