Media and Event CoordinatorJob Location : Qatar:?Coordinate and execute multimedia initiatives, including photography, videography, and graphic design, to capture and promote school events, achievements, and activities.?Manage the schools social media platforms, creating and curating engaging content to enhance our online presence and promote our schools brand.?Assist in developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies to effectively reach our target audience, including parents, students, and the community.?Plan and organise school events, such as parent-teacher meetings, exhibitions, and open houses, ensuring smooth execution and a memorable experience for attendees.?Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, parents, Qatar Airways, and community partners, to ensure successful event coordination.?Maintain event calendars, invites and timelines, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.?Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of media and event initiatives, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
