Job Description

Programme Manager - Aviation / SATCOMHolt Executive are partnered with a global leader in mobile satellite communications who are seeking an exceptional Programme Manager - Aviation / SATCOM to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge aviation connectivity solutions.As Programme Manager - Aviation / SATCOM, for the Middle East and Asia, you ll forge strategic partnerships with regional airline clients, partner and supplier organisations to deliver projects efficiently and effectively following proven industry standards.Key responsibilities for the Programme Manager - Aviation / SATCOM:- Lead the delivery of aviation projects for Aircraft Connectivity services.- Serve as the customer focal point for project implementation, delivery, and acceptance.- Manage aircraft modification and embodiment projects liaising with airline engineering departments, MROs, and Part 21 Design and Production Organizations.- Manage system integration and service delivery projects liaising with aircraft OEMs, tier 1 suppliers, IFE providers, and ISPs.- Lead and coordinate internal project teams within a matrix-managed environment.- Present project progress and status to customer steering committees and internal review boards.- Oversee financial control, budget management, and resource forecasting of assigned projects.Essential Knowledge and Skills for the Programme Manager - Aviation / SATCOM:- Knowledge of the commercial aviation regulatory environment including EASA or FAA STC processes.- Accustomed to working in cross-functional teams spread across multiple time-zones.- Programme/Project Management qualification(s),e.g.PRINCE2, APM PMQ and PMI PMP.- Previous experience of managing aircraft modification and embodiment projects.- Good understanding of software development and integration lifecycles.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders at all levels.Desired Candidate ProfileEducation:Bachelor of Technology/EngineeringGender:nmNationality:Any Nationality
