Develop the sports clubs strategies, policies, and plans, and supervise their implementation.
To actively assist management to the building of future budgets.
Manage the clubs day-to-day operations, overseeing event schedules.
Overall responsibility for all lifeguards including precise record keeping, training and operational logistics
Selecting, training and supervising employees, and monitoring their performance and behavior against set goals.
Ensure the cleanliness and functional integrity of facilities and equipment, and maintain them in good condition, and ensure that periodic maintenance and repairs are carried out.
Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health, safety and environment laws and regulations, and supervise their implementation.
Management of Sports Centre health & safety including annual risk assessment review/NOP & EAP review/COSHH risk assessment review
Close working relationship established with educational staff for all facilities to be utilized and maintained
To regularly report to management with KPI information on facility usage, financial performance of business areas, customer retention
Working with all parties (educational or commercial) to ensure their lifeguarding requirements are met
