Job Summary:We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Florist to join our team. As a Senior Florist, you will be responsible for creating and designing flower arrangements, managing floral inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. Your creative skills and knowledge of seasonal flowers and plants will contribute to the success of our floral department.Job Responsibilities:- Create and design unique and innovative floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events- Follow clients preferences and specifications to ensure their satisfaction with the final product- Manage and maintain the floral inventory, ensuring availability of fresh flowers, plants, and other supplies- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of floral arrangements- Train and mentor junior florists, providing guidance and assistance as needed- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of waste materials and cleaning of tools and equipment- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients needs and offering professional advice and recommendations- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in floral design and incorporate them into your work to offer unique and in-demand products
