Nair Systems is currently looking for Technical Writer for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.Education & Professional CertificationBachelor?s degree in Information TechnologySkills & Experience:? Proven experience as a technical writer, including creating software documentation.? Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.? Proficiency with documentation tools and softwares? Strong Knowledge on Configuration Tools like Gitlab and DevOps? Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).? Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.? Experience in understanding and explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.? Knowledge of best practices in information design and user experience.? Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.? Experience with HTML, CSS, or other web technologies is a plus.? Familiarity with agile software development methodologies is a plus.? Banking knowledge preferred.Responsibilities? Document Creation: Produce high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, online help systems, API documentation, and release notes.? Content Review: Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and other team members to gather information and review technical specifications.? Research: Conduct research to ensure accurate and up-to-date content, staying current with industry best practices and technologies.? User-Centered Approach: Develop documentation with the end user in mind, making complex technical concepts accessible to non-technical audiences.? Document Organization: Create well-structured and organized documentation that allows users to easily navigate and find the information they need.? Document Maintenance: Keep existing documentation up to date, revising content as needed to reflect changes in the product or service.? Visual Aids: Create or collaborate with designers to include appropriate diagrams, screenshots, and other visual aids to enhance document clarity.? Style and Consistency: Ensure consistency in writing style, formatting, and terminology across all documentation.? Version Control: Maintain version control for documentation, ensuring the correct versions are available for users.?
