AccountantJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger functions?Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to summarize and forecast financial status?Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements?Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles?Coordinate and complete annual audits, ensuring all financial data is accurately reported and in compliance with local regulations?Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and ensure financial goals are met?Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions as needed?Meet financial accounting objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions?Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactionsRequirements:?Proven working experience as a General Accountant or in a similar role, with a minimum of [X years] experience?Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures?Excellent accounting software user and administration skills?Strong attention to detail and confidentiality?Advanced degree in Accounting or related field?Professional certification (e.g., CPA or ACCA) is a plus
