  • Screen and handle disbursement accounts (FDAs) on behalf of the group. This involves checking received invoices against the tariff and making sure charges are correct.
  • Coordinate together with operations team to make sure no cost is left out.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Prepare financial reports and documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Follow up with our offices to ensure quick turnaround of files to accounts team.
