Our client is looking for the Aluminum Team Manager who will lead the aluminum fabrication and installation team, ensuring efficient project execution from planning to completion. The role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in aluminum production, who can drive the team to achieve excellence in quality, safety, and productivity, while integrating aluminum components seamlessly into overall construction projects.Responsibility:-ÿ ÿ ÿLead the aluminum fabrication and installation team, overseeing all aspects of project execution from planning to completion.-ÿ ÿ ÿCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of aluminum components into overall construction projects.-ÿ ÿ ÿManage team performance, productivity, and safety on site, enforcing quality standards and adherence to project schedules.-ÿ ÿ ÿProvide technical expertise and problem-solving support to resolve fabrication or installation challenges and optimize workflow efficiency.-ÿ ÿ ÿDevelop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members in aluminum fabrication techniques and best practices.-ÿ ÿ ÿCollaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and contribute to the growth and success of the aluminum division within the company.-ÿ ÿ ÿLead the team to prepare design, technical drawings, and material submissions, ensuring all documentation meets project requirements and industry standards.-ÿ ÿ ÿDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of facade systems and suppliers, ensuring that all facade elements meet design and performance specifications.Requirements-ÿ ÿ ÿBachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.-ÿ ÿ ÿMinimum 10 years of experience in aluminum fabrication and construction, with a focus on structural and facade projects.-ÿ ÿ ÿProven track record in a managerial role within the construction industry.-ÿ ÿ ÿFamiliarity with the Middle East construction market is highly desirable.-ÿ ÿ ÿKnowledge of facade systems and suppliers is essential.Benefits-ÿ ÿ ÿAttractive Salary & Benefits
