We are seeking a proactive and experienced˙Arbitration Lawyer having a legal qualification from India & a background with the conduct of arbitration proceedings in the middle east˙to join our team in Dubai, UAE, on a˙commission-only basis.As an Arbitration Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal services to clients in arbitration cases. This role presents a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to build their own client base and earn commissions based on successful case outcomes.Responsibilities:?Independently identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for arbitration cases, focusing on building relationships with local businesses and individuals in Dubai and the wider UAE region.?Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in arbitration proceedings, ensuring that their interests are represented and protected throughout the dispute resolution process.?Develop and implement effective legal strategies tailored to the specific needs and objectives of individual clients, with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.?Conduct comprehensive case assessments, legal research, and analysis to support clients positions and arguments in arbitration hearings.?Prepare and review legal documents, including arbitration agreements, pleadings, briefs, and other relevant materials, in collaboration with clients and internal teams.?Stay updated on developments in arbitration law and practice, both locally and internationally, and apply this knowledge to enhance the quality of legal services provided to clients.
