Collaborate with project teams to formulate design concepts and contribute to architecture design development.
Assist in creating documentation for authority submissions, tender processes, and construction activities.
Administer and coordinate the project team, providing training and supervision for outsourced staff in BIM drawing guidelines.
Ensure adherence to Companys BIM Standards and oversee project filing procedures.
Review and consolidate statutory requirements for local authority submissions.
Compile a comprehensive list of documents for design and working drawings packages.
Generate sketch designs, including perspectives, and participate in internal and client design reviews.
Contribute to the preparation of drawing documentation and present design concepts to clients.
Coordinate with sub-consultants and project teams for tender and construction documentation.
Oversee the coordination of details and cross-checking with relevant documents for construction purposes.
Issue information to contractors related to Requests for Information (RFI), additional details, site instructions, and variations.
Ensure compliance with all QHSE policies, objectives, and procedures within the Companys Integrated Management System.
Promptly report all accidents, incidents, near misses, regardless of severity, to the QHSE Manager and/or HR.
