Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.�
Maintain a positive work environment
Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales
Recruit, interview, hire, and train team members as required
Facilitate event planning ? Birthday Parties camps, playdates, school trips, pyjama parties, etc.
Establish good working relationships internally and externally
Provide training and guidance to team members
Co-ordinate and communicate with the Training manager to ensure that all team members undergo regular training�
