We make memories, share generously, source responsibly and commit to quality.We are seeking a highly motivated full-time˙Baker˙to join our kitchen team in Dubai. Your responsibilities will be baking cookies, handling orders and general kitchen operations.As˙Baker you will be a key member of the Billionaire Cookies team. Our ideal team member will be excited by the idea of building a new brand and making major waves in Dubais cookie game.What youll be doing:Baking

  • Preparing, producing and baking delicious cookies.
  • Collaborating on new cookie recipes to add to showcase on our revolving menu.
Preparing Orders
  • Monitoring and completing orders through our delivery system.
  • Packaging, preparation and facilitating orders with delivery partners.
Kitchen Operations
  • Opening/closing the kitchen as required.
  • Monitoring and tracking kitchen supplies and inventory to ensure minimum waste.
  • Maintaining proper storage, refrigeration and replenishment of stock.
  • Supervising and training bakers.
Food Safety & Hygiene
  • Maintaining optimal food safety and hygiene requirements at all times as per HACCP and FoodWatch principals.
