Company: Nazcaa , Address Dubai Mall HotelJob Title: Bartender (Male/Female)Immediate joiner available in UAEOverview:As a bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for patrons while providing exceptional service. Your role will involve crafting and serving a variety of beverages, managing the bar area efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Mixing Drinks: Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. This includes cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to all patrons, engaging with them to understand their preferences and make recommendations. Address any concerns or complaints promptly and courteously.Bar Management: Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including stocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and ensuring all equipment is in working order. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to replenish stock.Knowledge of Beverages: Stay informed about different types of alcohol, cocktail recipes, and current trends in the beverage industry. Be able to provide information and recommendations to customers.Compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol, including checking identification to verify legal drinking age. Ensure responsible alcohol service and intervene when necessary to prevent overconsumption.Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other staff members, including servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Support fellow team members during busy periods.Qualifications:Experience: Prior experience working as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred. However, training may be provided for candidates with a strong interest in bartending and a willingness to learn.Knowledge: A good understanding of different types of alcohol, cocktail recipes, and bartending techniques is desirable. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is also advantageous.Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is often required in the hospitality industry. A flexible schedule and availability during peak business hours are preferred.
