Your role will involve crafting and serving a variety of beverages, managing the bar area efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Mixing Drinks: Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. This includes cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to all patrons, engaging with them to understand their preferences and make recommendations. Address any concerns or complaints promptly and courteously.Bar Management: Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including stocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and ensuring all equipment is in working order. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to replenish stock.Knowledge of Beverages: Stay informed about different types of alcohol, cocktail recipes, and current trends in the beverage industry. Be able to provide information and recommendations to customers.Compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol, including checking identification to verify legal drinking age.
