Job Description

Overview of the role:We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in SAP ERP Projects especially S/4HANA to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes and requirements and translating them into effective solutions within the SAP S/4HANA platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders from various departments, to gather and document business needs, perform gap analysis, and propose innovative solutions to enhance business operations.ÿWhat you will do:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, processes, and objectives.
  • Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify functional and technical requirements for SAP S/4HANA implementation or enhancements.
  • Design and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop functional specifications, enable performance of system testing, and support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
  • Provide a robust training framework and support to end-users during and post-implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up to date with SAP S/4HANA capabilities, advancements and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
