Job Description

Business Development ManagerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:•Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research,•Prospecting, and networking with key stakeholders in target industries.•Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, strategic partners,•Architects, designers, and industry influencers to generate leads and opportunities. Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.•Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business development initiatives.•Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and develop actionable insights and strategies.•Represent NAVO at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to raise brand awareness and promote NAVO’s products and services.•Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business plans to clients and partners, articulating NAVO’s value proposition and competitive advantages.Requirements:•Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the ergonomic, furniture, or related industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales Targets.•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; additional certifications in business development or sales are a plus.
