Job Description

PrimeFour Consulting is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Company Formation division within our consulting services startup. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, and a strong understanding of company formation, taxation, and related services.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition and Onboarding:

  • Identify and pursue new start up clients by understanding their unique business needs.
  • Conduct thorough client onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition and understanding of client requirements.
Business Development:
  • Lead a team of Sales Officers to collectively achieve business development targets.
  • Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Execute strategic plans to enhance service offerings and capture new markets.
Client Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and implement feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Partnership Development:
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with Mainland, Freezone, and offshore authorities for enhanced service capabilities.
  • Collaborate with industry stakeholders to strengthen the companys position in the market.
Financial Targets:
  • Achieve and exceed financial targets through successful deal closures.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance metrics, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Competitive Analysis:
  • Regularly conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about market trends and competitor strategies.
  • Use insights to adapt and improve the companys positioning and offerings.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Officers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the teams skills and knowledge.
Marketing/Call Reports:
  • Submit daily call reports on outdoor marketing efforts.
  • Provide updates on deals closed, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
Promotions and Campaigns:
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with colleagues from various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing, legal, and finance teams for comprehensive client solutions.
Salary:AED 8000 per month, with the potential to earn additional commission of up to 20% based on generated sales revenue. This presents an opportunity to earn between AED 15,000 to AED 20,000 per month.
