ButcherJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Responsible for tenderizing, deboning, trimming, tying, grinding, and handling of meat?Engage in packaging, weighing, labeling, and pricing of meats?Work with poultry, beef, pork and sea foods, and could also engage in other meat products like sausages.?Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment?Weighing and packaging products?Performing quality inspections on meats and other products?Negotiating and confirming orders with the manager?Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls?Ability to use tools?Able to stand or walk for extending periods?Prepared to lift heavy items?Can work in cold environments?Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cutsRequirements:?2 to 3 years of experience?English communication is must?Central Kitchen/ F&B experience is preferable
