ButcherJob Location : UAE:?Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in his section. Duties associated with this role including directing chefs in their section in preparing, cooking, and presenting culinary dishes; enforcing strict health and hygiene standards in the kitchen; and troubleshooting any problems that may arise.?Ensure production, preparation and presentation of food are on highest quality level.?Periodically check expiry dates & the storage units in the section.?Communicate with the sous chef / head chef about the daily requirements.?Complete all storage, stock rotation and cleaning tasks for the section to the required standard within scheduled time.?Accurately and calmly give instructions to junior staff during service and assist if necessary in the completion of the instructions.?Maintain health and safety during work; minimize company equipment breakages.?Report hazards and maintenance requirements in the workplace to the department Manager.?Maintain good time keeping and adhere to company code of dress conduct.
