Camp BossJob Location : UAE:?Responsible for overall camp management.?Main point of contact of camp residents.?Allocating and keeping track of bed spaces?Ensure the general cleanliness and safety of the camp.?Ensure discipline in the camp and to follow company/camp policies.?Liaison with any responsible staff or department for the needs of the people staying in the camp.?Report accident/incident of staff to HR/Admin Department for necessary immediate action.?Inspect and arrange any maintenance within facilities if required.?Keeping updated record of all staff staying in accommodation.?Coordinate with the drivers for the transportation of staff.?Performs related work as required.Job Details :?Strong leadership and communication skills.?Minimum 3 years work experience in Labor Camps.
