Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Certified Civil Engineer with a Dubai Municipality certification and a valid Society of Engineers license. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects as a Project Engineer, overseeing all stages from planning to completion, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.Responsibilities:?Lead project planning, design, and execution in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and industry standards.?Prepare detailed project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline.?Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, including architects, designers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.?Manage and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety protocols.?Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or deviations from plans in a timely manner.?Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and testing to ensure the work meets established standards.?Prepare and submit progress reports, project updates, and documentation as required.?Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and government authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.?Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.?Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.?Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to enhance project outcomes.Qualifications and Skills:?Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.?Dubai Municipality certification is mandatory.?Valid Society of Engineers license is required.?Proven experience (5 years) in civil engineering and project management, preferably with work experience in landscaping or interior projects.?Experienced in managing project, project timelines, weekly invoicing of project, costing of project and quantity estimations and pricing.?Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.?Strong understanding of Dubai Municipality regulations and construction practices.?Can gain approvals in Dubai Municipality, EMAAR, NAKHEEL, TRAKEES and all property developers?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.?Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.?Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.?Strong leadership and team management abilities.?Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Requirements:?Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering; Degree attested.?DM APPROVED CARD HOLDER?Valid Society of Engineers license is required.?Has UAE Driving License for site visits Company Profile AST Plus is a maintenance company formed in Dubai to undertake maintenance works mentioned below.
