Customer Service CoordinatorJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :?Liaison with internal and external customers and address any queries.?Maintain Realtime trackers and logs for work progress, queries, requests etc.?Regular summary reporting to management.?Executing all Tasks as per the requirement of the operations department.?Maintain sufficient registers and reports for Import and Export Operations.?Data entry for Import and Export shipments.?Handle Corporate Clients and Accounts.?Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.?Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements.?Maintain schedules and calendars.?Arrange and confirm appointments.?Maintain summary of calls/meetings as requested.?Communicate and coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders for various requirements and reporting as necessary.?Coordination with messengers for documents delivery and collection.?Customer feedback on shipment status, and maintain a cordial relationship to build future business.?Perform all other duties as assigned by management.Job Details :?Bachelors degree or equivalent from an accredited University.?Previous experience of working in customs clearance will be an added advantage.?Expertise in MS Office especially advanced Excel knowledge.?Exceptional customer service, Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.?Self motivation, positive attitude and eagerness to learn and accept new challenges.?Scheduling and monitoring.?Excellent Communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills.?Analytical, numerical with strong problem-solving abilities.?5 years of experience in a similar role with at least two years of such experience in UAE market.?Great time management and multitasking abilities that will contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned duties are carried on a timely and efficiently.?High degree of attention to detail
