Customer Service ExecutiveJob Location : UAEJob Details :?Should handle all social media communications on a timely manner. Should have the skill to create posts/ respond to comments/ messages.?Answer inbound calls and handle customer inquiries in line with operating guidelines and standard of operating procedures.?Make outbound calls to our customer leads and arrange appointments between customers and our inspectors for a detailed vehicle inspection. Should have skill and knowledge on route optimization.?Timely follow-up on customer leads and convince them for a vehicle sale.?Research required information using available resources and manage and resolve customer inquiries.?Be a liaison between Customers and our employees.?Provide customers with the required information and ensure accuracy of the information given?Process request and coordinate with the Team Leader and the Department Heads for resolution of the requests.?Identify and escalate priority issues and coordinate with the Team Leader and the Department Heads for resolution of the complaints.
