We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service through various channels, including email, telephone, social media, and in-person interactions. The role involves assisting customers with their queries, providing technical support, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. Additionally, the candidate will be involved in office administration tasks to support the smooth functioning of our operations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, telephone, and social media platforms in a professional and timely manner.
  • Providing technical support to customers regarding our products/services, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding customers through solutions.
  • Making outbound calls to customers to follow up on inquiries, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Managing and updating customer information in the database accurately.
  • Assisting with office administration tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling general administrative duties.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service operations and contribute to the overall success of the team.
