EstimatorJob Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesDuties and Responsibilities:?Gather proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents for estimation.?Identify labor, material, and time requirements from blueprints and specifications.?Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to compute costs.?Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.?Present prepared estimates with numerical and descriptive information.?Prepare special reports summarizing information and trends.?Maintain cost database by entering and backing up data.Requirements:?Minimum 2 years fit-out experience.?Preferably with Architectural Degree or BSc in Interior Design.?Knowledge of trending Designs and strong subcontractor?s database.?Good knowledge of AutoCAD.?Capable of discussing and explaining client needs.?2-4 years UAE experience.
