Core ResponsibilitiesúÿÿÿÿÿÿOversee Diary Management (travel (family) and client engagements) for Managing PartnerúÿÿÿÿÿÿManage and coordinate all event related preparations (venue/invites/registration/video/collab with third party)úÿÿÿÿÿÿManage and coordinate between Marketing and Managing Partner for web/press/email/staff portal releasesúÿÿÿÿÿÿManage on memberships as well as purchases (wine/books) for the Managing PartnerúÿÿÿÿÿÿManage Administrative staff in organizing tasks such as purchasing/replenishment of office supplies, event planning (team building/office party), setting up and preparing for meetings, managing office moves or renovationsúÿÿÿÿÿÿManage vendor relationships related to the office: business insurance plans, professional indemnity etc.úÿÿÿÿÿÿAnnual Maintenance Contract for IT/Equipment, Telephones, and Xerox and managing all related third-party vendors (brochures, business cards)úÿÿÿÿÿÿMonitor company?s DEWA and Etisalat bills for payment on time and liaise with Accounts departmentúÿÿÿÿÿÿLiaison with Building Management, Office d‚cor maintenance, office sanitization vendors and othersúÿÿÿÿÿÿManaging the schedule of 4-5 drivers, ensure overtimes are recorded and work load evenly distributedManage team of office assistants to ensure cleanliness throughout the offices
