Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our executive team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  3. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for executive review.
  4. Coordinate and manage projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.
  5. Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing to the appropriate team member or responding independently.
  6. Manage and maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
  7. Assist with the preparation and coordination of board meetings and other high-level meetings.
  8. Coordinate logistics for company events, conferences, and off-site meetings.
  9. Provide general administrative support, including file management, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
  10. Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the executive team.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 1-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  2. Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
  3. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  10. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands.
