Job Description

Job Summary:The Real Estate Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to real estate professionals, assisting them in managing their day-to-day tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the real estate business. The role involves handling paperwork, coordinating appointments, and interacting with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:Documentation Management:
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain real estate documents, contracts, and listings.
  • Ensure that all paperwork is complete and in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents and forms.
Client and Customer Relations:
  • Communicate with clients and customers, both in person and over the phone, to provide information and assistance.
  • Schedule property showings and appointments based on the availability of clients and real estate professionals.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
  • Enter property information, transaction details, and client data into real estate databases and CRM systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of listings, sales, and financial transactions.
Appointment Coordination:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for property showings, inspections, and meetings.
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries as needed.
Office Organization:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, email, and phone calls.
Research and Market Analysis:
  • Conduct research on the local real estate market, including property values, trends, and competitive listings.
  • Compile data and reports for real estate professionals.
Financial Support:
  • Assist with financial transactions, including handling invoices, tracking expenses, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong computer proficiency is a must including Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Fresher is preferred and on Visit visa
