Finance ExecutiveDescription :?Responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the underlying books and Records in accordance with IFRS (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement)?Extracting the trial balance and creating the various financial reports required?Coordinates with project teams for the project invoicing, revenue and cost accrual recognition and for tracking the cost related to construction projects.?Keeping ERP updated to ensure timely reporting and ensuring that all entries posted are aligned with analytical organization.?Performing month-end closing procedures with tight deadlines and policies ? entity wise.?Reconciling Cash and Bank account on a weekly basis including inter-company accounts and transactions.?Plan, prepare and processes payments (Cash & bank) and adequate approval of the payments.?Assist with internal and external auditors.?Provides support for Budgeting and MIS reporting.?Maintain Account Payable report for timely payment to vendor.?Responsible for Monthly Vendor reconciliation?Responsible for approving GRN and recording vendor invoice.?Responsible for recording payment voucher?Responsible for maintaining prepaid schedule and booking monthly expenses including accruals.Qualifications:?Need experience?Immediate joining??
