Finance ManagerResponsibilities:?Providing leadership, direction and management for the accounting department and distributing work and tasks in a way that ensures good workflow, effective control and compliance with laws, regulations and the documentary cycle.?Preparing contracting, purchasing, inventory, and petty cash policies, and methods of payment, disbursement, and receipt.?Preparing bank and cash reconciliations on a monthly basis, Appling all the proper formalities accordingly.?Rationalize spending without prejudice the quality of the content or the productivity.?Organizing clear and sequential files for each of the previous items (suppliers, petty cash advances, checks, transfers, warehouses and inventory).?Work and cooperate with the external auditor to issue the audited financial Reports at the end of each year.?Supervising the process of submitting tax returns regarding value-added tax and corporate tax to recover what can be recovered from the Tax Authority and avoid falling into tax violations.Qualifications:?bachelor?s degree in Accounting, finance, economics, with accounting background or a related field.?3-5 Years of Experience similar to act as a finance manager, prefer in similar field.??
