Job Description

Finance ManagerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.?Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.?Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts on a regular basis, providing analysis and insights to senior management to support decision-making.?Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and financial performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.?Coordinate and oversee the annual audit process, liaising with auditors and ensuring timely completion of audits.?Manage relationships with financial institutions, including banks and lenders, to optimize banking services and secure financing as needed.?Provide strategic financial advice and support to senior management, contributing to the development and execution of business strategies.?Stay updated on relevant financial regulations and industry trends, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for improvement.?Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Job Details :?Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Masters degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.?Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting or a similar role in the Travel and Tourism industry.?Extensive knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.?Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.?Proven leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.?Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite; experience with ERP systems preferred.?Strong written and verbal communication skills.?Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.?Preferably a Chinese Speaker
