Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicle scheduling, dispatch, and maintenance.
Ensure all vehicles are compliant with UAE regulations regarding registration, licensing, and road worthiness.
Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and maximize vehicle lifespan.
Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers for fuel, maintenance, repairs, and vehicle cleaning.
Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
Oversee the activities of dispatchers and ensure efficient allocation of service vehicles to customer requests.
Maintain detailed records of vehicle history, repairs, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, including dispatchers, mechanics, and customer service representatives.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient fleet operations and driver safety.
Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Investigate and report on incidents involving vehicles.
Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices in fleet management.
